NEW BUILD SOLUTION
Case Study
THE CHALLENGE
A leading construction and engineering company needed a modern platform to present its expertise across residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The site had to organize complex content, support bilingual audiences, and communicate trust and precision while remaining fast and SEO-friendly.
Key Challenges
- Multilingual content architecture (BG/EN) with full parity
- Structured project taxonomy and filters by type/status
- Image-heavy performance with strong SEO requirements
- Scalable CMS workflow for non-technical editors
OUR SOLUTION
We built a content-rich Next.js platform with a clear information architecture, filterable portfolio, bilingual UX, and streamlined CMS workflows—designed to reinforce the brand’s reliability, quality, and transparency.
Key Features
- Responsive Homepage Hero with strong CTA
- About Us with history, certifications & team
- Projects module with type/status filters
- Project galleries, descriptions & specifications
- News/Updates blog for milestones and announcements
- Partners page with logos & brief summaries
- Contact page with map, address, phone, and form
- Bilingual interface (BG/EN) with SEO-friendly structure
TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION
The platform is engineered for performance, maintainability, and editor experience:
Frontend: Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui for a consistent, accessible UI.
CMS: Sanity CMS powers projects, posts, partners, and pages with role-based workflows and live preview.
Internationalization: next-i18next for BG/EN routing, localized slugs, and content parity checks.
SEO & Performance: Structured metadata, OpenGraph, sitemap/robots, schema.org for projects, Next/Image optimization, and ISR on Vercel.
Projects Module: Typed schemas for project type/status, specs, galleries; fast queries; reusable cards and filters.
Deployment: Vercel with preview environments per PR and caching configured for optimal TTFB.
DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Our 12-week development cycle was structured around iterative delivery and continuous stakeholder feedback.
The project was delivered in four key phases: discovery & content architecture (weeks 1–3), UI/UX and design system (weeks 4–6), implementation & CMS integration (weeks 7–9), and testing, SEO hardening & launch (weeks 10–12).
Throughout the process, we maintained transparent communication and delivered working previews every two weeks for stakeholder review and feedback.
THE RESULTS
Significant lift in qualified inquiries, faster load times, and improved visibility across domestic and international markets after launch.
- 40% increase in qualified inquiries within 3 months
- 55% faster page loads (LCP under 2.5s)
- 30% reduction in mobile bounce rate
- 2 languages supported with 100% content parity
